Your Driving Experience Important Information
Your drfting experience will be held at Oulton Park Racing Circuit, Little Budworth Nr Tarporley, Cheshire, CW8 9BW or Buxton Raceway
To book a date for your experience to be held or for any other information call our booking line on : 03333 200 436 which will re-open 6th January 2009 however email is the best way to book giving us contact information and your voucher number. For those on a driving experience please state which car or cars you wish to drive. (please do not contact Oulton Park Circuit Direct).
We will offer you options on dates and additional dates are added throughout the year.
What happens on the day
When you arrive at Oulton Park Race Circuit you will normally be asked to sign an indemnity form which will also require parental/guardian signature for under 18’s. Your session will usually be shared with other drivers. You will be given an initial briefing, followed by your driving experience.You will have your instructor in-car with you at all times.
It’s all angles, all action and lots of fun as you gain driving skills that could one day save your life. This drift car experience will test your reflexes and co-ordination to the full as you learn the advanced techniques to counteract understeer and oversteer in a simulated loss-of-control situation.
Need to know – for driving experiences only
- Minimum age 17 (under 18’s need parental/guardian consent)
- You should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb into the vehicle
- You should hold a full UK Driving licence with exception to the Hot Laps Experience
- We have no specific height / weight restictions, but drivers need to have reasonable mobility and should contact us if they are in any doubts about their size as we do have certain cars that are more suitable for the larger drivers.
